CCC In-home services have been extremely busy this summer with referrals. We are working with families daily to educate, empower and connect families to resources and supports while promoting a nurturing, stable, and safe home environment. We are working with Cakes4Kids to celebrate their special day. We have given 6 birthday cakes out over the past three months.
