CKCAC is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured roofing contractors for repair and maintenance work on the roof of the property located on Hood Avenue (rear elevation along Woodlawn). The building is a single-story structure with a stepped/multi-level flat roof assembly. The scope below reflects a field walk-through and covers spot repairs, flashing and detail work, equipment servicing, and two dedicated shingle roof replacement areas.
This document is intended to give bidders a clear, itemized picture of the work required so that proposals are comparable on a line-item basis. Bidders are encouraged to conduct their own site visit prior to submitting pricing, as several items (patch locations, pipe penetrations, pitch pockets) are best scoped visually.
